Yoga can sometimes take itself too seriously – at YogaBright, there’s no danger of that happening. This doesn’t mean the spiritual aspect of yoga is neglected – it’s woven into the fabric of the sequence and the heart of the class. The alignment principles mean that you are less likely to get injured in a class.

Most of my classes are suitable for all levels, as I build everything up and you can stop where it feels appropriate for you to do so.
Level 1 class is suitable for beginners, those with therapeutic needs and injuries, and those who just want a great springboard to deepen their yoga practice.
Level 2 is suitable for those with a year or more’s experience in yoga, who want to learn more and elevate their practice to the next level.
