Join Claire for this relaxing and rejuvenating yoga retreat on the Isle of Wight.  On the 5th, 6th & 7th October 2018, head to this stunning location for a delicious weekend of yoga, meditation, and storytelling.

The yoga retreat starts late afternoon on the 5th, with our opening chat in the orangery at Godshill Park Farm.   A sweet meditation and breathing practice starts  Saturday off,  before a pre practice smoothie.   An uplifting yoga practice  is followed by breakfast leaving the rest of the day free to explore, shop or relax .  A replenishing yoga practice  before dinner brings Saturday to a delightful close.  Sunday begins with meditation, smoothies and yoga before brunch and a closing circle before returning to our real lives feeling fully alive and thoroughly relaxed.

You’ll also enjoy some amazing home cooked food.  When you head home you’ll feel transformed and  ready for anything!

I love the Isle of Wight, taking a ride on the over the Solent makes me feel like it’s a world away from daily life.   It’s easy to travel to, with discounts for the car ferry available from Godshill Park Farm, or a quick train ride from Waterloo or East Croydon to Portsmouth Harbour and the passenger ferry from there.
