Yoga can sometimes take itself too seriously – at YogaBright, there’s no danger of that happening. This doesn’t mean the spiritual aspect of yoga is neglected – it’s woven into the fabric of the sequence and the heart of the class. The alignment principles mean that you are less likely to get injured in a class.
